In its space of 32 sq. m., there is also a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. From the balcony of the apartment, you can enjoy the views of the garden and the surrounding area. The luxurious deluxe studio is 33 sq. m. and is located on the ground floor. In an open plan space, it contains a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. An outdoor sitting area has been placed on the veranda for relaxing moments in the garden. The 4 studios, measuring approximately 25 sq. m. each, are on the ground floor of the complex and offer a double bed and a single sofa bed, a kitchen area with the essentials and a bathroom with shower. Each studio has its own furnished terrace with access to the garden.
