Villa Karousa is an impressive three-storey residence of 430 sq.m., designed to comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen connected seamlessly to a bright living and dining area, creating the perfect space for family gatherings and meals. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, as well as a guest WC.

The first floor hosts three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, a private bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, and a spacious balcony with uninterrupted sea views. The other two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—each have their own en-suite bathroom and share a large balcony with sea views.

The semi-basement level offers an additional bedroom with one double and one single bed, along with a private bathroom with a shower. This level also features a laundry room and a playroom with a pool table, darts, and a seating area with a TV – perfect for entertainment and relaxation for guests of all ages.

The outdoor areas include a heated infinity pool with sun loungers, outdoor dining spaces for al fresco meals, a children’s playground, mini golf, a human-size chess set, and a private tennis court, providing a complete environment for relaxation and fun.
