Description of La Maison du Maire

La Maison du Maire (Mayor’s house) is a luxury villa with a private pool, ideal for up to 12 persons, for all those who are looking for a holiday experience away from mass touristic establishments.

The villa is of a unique architecture to resemble to a “chalet”. It is located in a private property of 5800 sq. m. (1,4 acre), offering wonderful views to the surrounding pine-trees, olive-trees and grape gardens. We have a family friendly policy, offering all the necessary equipment for children (including baby cot, high chair, toys etc. upon request), so that you can completely relax and enjoy your holidays. Above all, what makes this experience unique is the original Greek hospitality of the owners Maria and Yannis. Our tip: Don't leave from the house without trying Maria's delicious meals with natural products from their gardens.

The villa is 310 sq. m. with four bedrooms with double beds (three queen size beds and one double bed), one bedroom with twin beds, one sofa which can be easily converted into a double bed and a private pool of 40 sq. m. with an integrated pool for children. You can use our BBQ area and we can show you how to cook your food at the wood stove!

The location of the villa is ideal, if you want to explore all the different beaches and attractions of the island be it on the north, south, west or east. Zakynthos offers a combination of rocky and sandy beaches, with many attractions spread all-over the island.
