We are inviting you to soak in the sun and enjoy unforgettable views of the Ionian Sea in this brand new villa in Alykes, Zakynthos.

The Niova Villa can accommodate up to 6+1 persons and is located just right on the beach. This unique property offers high ceilings, skylight and stylish rooms which create a minimalist backdrop for you to take in the amazing sea views.

The Niova Villa offers three bedrooms, two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower and one with two single beds. At the spacious living room one can find among others a comfortable sofa bed suitable for 1 person. One of our primary concerns is to convey to the guests a true feeling of relaxation therefore all of our beds provide the well-known Simmons high quality mattresses.
